Welcome
Through the vicissitudes of life you find many opportunities for growth and development. The goal of 'No Fences' is to share my stories in hopes of helping others overcome the walls that develop as a result of an unfortunate event.
Focusing on fitness, travel and communication as bridges to a healthy and balanced life, I encourage others to build the bridges necessary to find their balance. Whether you learn from and follow the bridges that work for myself or contribute new ones, we'll explore all the benefits and endless limits to a happy and balanced life.
A Little About Me
A passion for travel, fine arts, fitness and balance..... this is me!
Born into a wonderful family and raised in small town Saskatchewan, studied theater and martial arts in Montreal, graduated from the University of Ottawa with honors in Communications. Worked as an actor, worked in a bank, worked as a personal trainer. Earned my Certificate in Massage Therapy from Mount Royal University and worked as an R.M.T for 8 years in Calgary, Alberta. After meeting the woman of my dreams I moved to Stony Plain, switched industries and began working in sales. You can find me playing guitar, writing, reading, enjoying some sort of physical activity, or simply enjoying a good cup of coffee. If I'm not doing any of these things it's because I'm traveling with my lovely wife and family, or the wonderful circle of friends I'm very grateful to have.
